Real Estate are an American indie rock band from Ridgewood New Jersey.
Noted for their style of warm, hazy indie rock, with breezy melodies and jangly guitars, the band has experienced numerous lineup changes throughout the years but have stuck to a consistent laid-back approach, lyrically exploring themes such as their early high school suburban roots, through to parenthood.
